Willyan, COO of Oyinit, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 14, joining the CS team and developing logic and service skills.
In 2008, he enrolled in his first university to earn a degree in Geography with a focus on international political analysis, already showcasing his aptitude for challenges related to relationships and strategies, conducting opinions and ideas in an organized manner, and transforming them into a singular objective.
After personal projects as a CEO and founder of startups, always emphasizing administrative and team management, he transitioned to his second university in Political Sciences. This further honed his personal management skills, coupled with an extensive period working in CT with clients and the technological realms of NFTs and WEB3.
During his time at the UN in 2018, he engaged in international service during a congress that marked his initial encounter with the idea of Oyinit. Since then, he embraced Oyinit, expanding and refining the concept of customer service, elevating it to a higher level of excellence.

In 1994, she launched her inaugural gastronomic brand
Throughout this venture, she dedicated herself to devising effective training programs aimed at fostering a dependable team and enhancing employee retention. This strategic focus was key to minimizing operational costs and catalyzing the brand’s growth.
Following her tenure gaining valuable management experience, she transitioned into the legal field, serving as a paralegal for five years. Her journey then took her to Turkey, where she dedicated four years at the consulate’s national relations office.
With her accumulated experience and skill set, she received an invitation to lead a multilingual Customer Service (CS) project within the financial sector. In this role, she orchestrated both physical and online training for sales agents, with a sharp focus on enhancing customer retention and conversion rates. Her exceptional contribution and leadership were acknowledged and celebrated throughout her six years in Turkey.
In 2021, she engaged in a Customer Service (CS) project, catering to Portuguese and Spanish-speaking clientele in Turkey. This project marked the beginning of her professional relationship with Oyinit, sparking innovative ideas for training and communication methods that significantly benefited the team.
Now, as Oyinit’s E-Training Coach, she is poised to significantly impact the company by devising and implementing comprehensive training programs. Her efforts are aimed at enhancing employee capabilities, bolstering exceptional customer service, and fueling the company’s growth trajectory.

Our Oyinit HR Manager, a 2012 former student of the University of Economics and Humanities in Ukraine, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
Tetiana, a multilingual and talented professional, joins Oyinit with a decade of experience in research and career management across Asia. Her journey has been marked by a deep commitment to expanding opportunities and formulating strategies for professional growth in diverse Asian markets. In 2022, Tetiana returned to Turkey, engaging in a crucial role in global recruitment for a prominent Finance Market company. Her critical contributions significantly impacted the recruitment process, showcasing her adeptness in talent identification and alignment with organizational goals.

Larissa began her career in Information Technology at 18 years old, working as a professional in CSS. Within a few months, she took on the responsibilities of managing customer service and operational control.
In 2022, she joined the Technology team at Oyinit, bringing a young and brilliant mind that had already been active in all demands of Innovation and Digital Transformation, focusing on information security, Strategic Planning, and IT Resilience. She developed IT strategies that support the long-term objectives of the organization and built resilient systems capable of adapting to unexpected changes and challenges.
During her quarantine, Isabella operated remotely on projects and solutions for Customer Support Services, which led her to join a brand alongside our CEO, Alisson. F.Larissa aligned her organized and optimized strategy with Oyinit’s remote technological excellences, contributing greatly to our team.
With her diversified experience and IT knowledge, Larissa plays a key role in driving Oyinit’s digital transformation, ensuring the efficient and effective use of advanced technologies to provide high-quality support services to our clients. In 2022, Valmir joined Oyinit, bringing his exceptional logical ability and organizational operational skills. At Oyinit, he plays a crucial role, mainly working in casinos in the Brazilian market.
He is responsible for effective communication between the company and the team, ensuring a smooth interaction with the concierge responsible for the brand.
With a career that began in 2012, Valmir has extensive experience working with global teams in customer support, adding significant value to the Oyinit team with his expertise and innovative approach.
