Scope of Services

Oyinit will provide outsourcing services for your company’s support department, covering human resources, digital recruitment, training and compliance.

Human resources services will include managing the support agent team with the global hiring of multilingual agents and working with payroll and performance management.

Digital recruiting services will encompass job profile analysis, intelligent sourcing and candidate assessment.

Training services will offer customized programs to develop employees’ technical and behavioral skills.

In compliance management with analyzes focused on relevant regulations and policies that apply to your brand. This includes local laws, industry regulations and requirements specific to your market.

 

Confidentiality

 

Oyinit undertakes to keep the company name confidential during the recruitment process, the confidentiality of all information provided by your company, recruitment details such as personal contacts and relevant and sensitive information related to compliance.

We implement adequate security measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.

 

Customer Responsibilities

 

Your company will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about the product or service offered by your company.

In addition, it is important that the contracting company inform in advance any change or relevant information that needs to be communicated to the adviser or technical manager, in case there is interest in changing any procedure. We value collaboration and effective communication between both parties to ensure excellence in service delivery.

 

Intellectual property

 

All intellectual property rights relating to materials and content developed by Oyinit during the provision of services will be the exclusive property of Oyinit, unless otherwise agreed.

All intellectual property rights arising from research and development carried out by Oyinit; will be the exclusive property of our Company.

The contracting Company agrees to transfer and assign all intellectual property rights over our services, including but not limited to processes and related to the results of research and development and management necessary to provide services.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Oyinit will only be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, which was generated by one of our agents.

 

Termination:

(This Agreement will enter into force on the date of signature by the Parties and will remain valid until full compliance with the obligations set forth herein, unless otherwise provided.)

(Any modification or amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.)

Both parties have the right to terminate this agreement upon prior written notice in the event of a material breach of the stated terms and conditions.
